I have peak days of 110 - 120 and I water early in the morning and at sunset, and if it's particularly dry that day (humidity here is normally 85-90%) I also mist them in the afternoon. I carry buckets because my hose doesn't quite reach, and each plant gets 5 gallons twice a day, plus whatever I can spray on them. On days with rain, of course, I don't have to water.
