Well, it's said that when the plant reaches its 60th leaf, it might flower or that it will flower only after it has pushed out 60 leaves since seeing the light.
I never tested this method, but is regarded to be quite ineffective and uncertain. Many cultivars can go much later, many at that time. You never know and the bloom is always a nice surprise, isn't it?
