Party 'Hello' from The Hollyberry Lady, in Canada!

Hi there, everyone!

This sure looks like a great forum.

I have never grown a banana plant before, or even knew you could in my neck of the woods. I was told today though, that I can.

I am wondering what the best way to go about getting a sweet dwarf banana tree would be? I am interested in growing one in a container.

Should I order one through the mail, or can you grow them from seed? I am so interested in learning more, before I impulsively rush to buy one. Joining this society, I suppose is the first step.

Thank you in advance, for any information. I look forward to exploring more...
