Charles,

Welcome to the group. I wish that exchanging citrus budwoods would be as easy as exchanging banana pups. The Citrus industry have complex rules and laws about getting plant materials between citrus producing states. Basically, California, Texas, Florida, Arizona, Louisiana cannot get budwoods from outside the state without the proper authoritative channels. Even within California and within other states, there are citrus quarantine rules to be followed.

We can only give advices. I am a site admin of the Citrus Growers Forum :: Index where you are also welcome to join and discuss citrus related topics. I have about 100 citrus cultivars in my collection and Dream Navel is one of them. It's one of my excellent tasting navels, but I cannot send budwoods to people in all of the citrus growing states. We can't also import any citrus materials from out of state.

Regards,

Joe
