'Mahoi' (improper. A better name is 'Double Cavendish') is a sport of a 'Dwarf Cavendish', the fingers aren't fused. The inflorescence has multiple apices.

There are many different Cavendish varieties, some names that come to mind are:
Little Prince
Super Dwarf Cavendish
High Color Mini
Dwarf Cavendish (a few different forms)
Double Cavendish
Gran Nain
Williams
Pisang Masak Hjiau
Giant Cavendish
Valery
Robusta
Lacatan (not the Phillipine Lacatan)
JD Dwarf

There are also lots of synonyms for each, and some of the ones listed may even be synonymous in a region.
