Awesome James! Carol said that she will have a web-based sign-up available in mid-January for people to register. I believe she will have it set-up to accept Paypal. More details to follow once it becomes available.

This is going to be a super workshop!!! I mentioned bananas, pineapple, guava, coconut and some other items of interest to Carol. With this much lead-time, I am sure that she will do everything possible to teach all of us the various methods to TC our favorites.
