I can relate to Annas fear of investing in AeAe. There have been times here where I'd forget to water a shaded plant for one day, and the next day I've got yellowing leaves. I would hate to spend the money on AeAe for it to do terrible here! Yet Scott and Pauly give me hope, as my climate is much akin to Vegas. I'm just waiting to find one for the right price before I give it a shot.
AeAe is truly the one plant that I think is too beautiful to NOT give a shot. Maybe I will find some in Hawaii next year if I can't convince the lass sooner that a $150.00 plant is a good investment.
