O.K. , I tried to contact my friend,Mr Renfrow to do some more plant trades early last spring only to hear that he had passed away. I only had a very short while to know him but he will be missed.
I spoke with his wife for a while and she let me get 20+ pups . She said that I could get a lot more as long as I left his 'favorite'.
The larger plants there were already twice as big as any of mine.
These look nothing like my Saba but they grew taller faster than my existing Saba,though much more slender.
I deleted all of the pics of the fruit but should be able to post some next year if they perform as well for me as they did for the Renfrows.
Here's a pic from today(It was a tiny pup in spring):

BTW.....It's exactly 8' to the tip of that Siam Ruby leaf in the right side of the pic.
