Many years ago, I brought my first banana corms, that the locals told me were Gros Michel, from St. Lucia. We had them in front of glass patio doors, in a family room, with a suspended ceiling. When they started to push the ceiling panels out, we gave them to a friend who had an indoor pool. They actually got fruit on them. The Dwarf Cavendish, however, shouldn't get to that point.
