Awesome, Chuck!
How big do they(Seagrapes) get in pots? Do you get any fruits yet?

There a member here, his name is JoeReal, and he also has a standard size lot home in Davis, CA, and he literally has hundreds of varieties of fruits in his yard, in spite of the fact that he has a large patio, Nipa Hut (play house made of thatch), and get this - a lawn! Granted one of his citrus trees has over 70 grafts of various citrus cultivars, and several stone fruit trees with at least a dozen, or so, varietal grafts on each of them. Besides that, he has individual fruit trees that are just their unique variety. On the planting strip next to the sidewalk in front of his house he's got a couple of Quince trees that has several grafts of various pear varieties.

Check out his posts. He's also posted primers on various type of grafting techniques.

Enjoy!
