Default edible bananas in north

Hi all!
I have a new question;
I would love to grow next year also an edible musa specie here.
I dont know if its possible because we have mild summers, the day temperatures are always between the 18 and 25(64-77F) degrees celcius with a few 30 +, I think 5-10 in a year.
I like musa Ice Cream and Orinoco, can I grow them here?
will they grow fast enough in my climate (like basjoo/velutina)?
and can their p-stems survive a little frost, for example -3 c ? (26F)

Thanks
