I don't think really it's because your siam ruby was a tc. I have one that's not a tc that I got from Jason--and it's been a real dog for me. It didn't grow any at all last year, it was about 1.5 feet tall all summer into fall and all winter and only now it's started to grow and it's about 2 feet. I have some tc's that I got in February they were 2 inches tall (really!) and they've caught up with it! I just can't figure it out at all.
