My Stuttgart has never changed in the 3 years I've had it. This year it's getting way more sun because I removed a 6 foot tall fence that used to provide shade for it. I have noticed that the new shoots that grow up in the full sun seem to last longer before burning. Also some of the leaves are mostly green, some are variegated with cream colors, some are variegated with bright white, and some are totally white. I have them in the same bed as some bananas so they get the same organic food with tons of Sul Po Mag so maybe that's keeping them from burning too much. They receive full sun from about 9am to 3 pm. I also keep them heavily watered every day. This year I'm starting to get blooms at 6 feet tall instead of 10-12 feet like last year. I believe the plants were stretching to get more sun.
