Last night we had a massive thunderstorm at about 3am. Normally the dogs are fairly cool about it as we get quite a few here - but this time they came creeping into the house and we let them stay. The lightning was fierce but the thunderclaps shook the house and left our ears ringing - not heard of any damage or injuries from the lightning and the rain was only moderate at 1.6 inches thank goodness. we rushed around unplugging everything even though we have surge protectors, and as usual this morning were amazed to see that everything looked totally normal. But what a night!!!
