For bananas in pots
1/8 cup Urea 46-0-0
1/8 cup Sul-Po-Mag (aka K-Mag) 0-0-22

For bananas in the ground and at least 4-5 feet tall
1/2 cup Urea 46-0-0
3/4 cup Sul-Po-Mag 0-0-22
