Hi, my name is Cathy and I got my first banana plant last year from a local mama. It's a Java Blue. I thought I had killed it in Jan. when we had a big storm and it broke clean off at the base. This is a very forgiving plant I tell you. It loves me now. Here is the most recent pic.
