Looks like Musa balbisiana, or that "unknown seeded variety" growing along the coast of the meditteranean countries.

It's most likely not a dwarf cavendish, as these usually have a red-brown colour on the stems.

The un-attached bottom leaf-shape and black spots on the yellowish stems as well as the wax are all characteristics of m. balbisiana.

Balbisiana is probably one of the easiest bananas from seed, and also said to be a very variable banana in terms of appearance - though the characteristics I mentioned above are usually present in some degree in the plant.
