Hi everyone,
We've experienced some wonderful growth lately, and with that growth comes the need for another moderator, especially since Ron has been sick and away from the computer for several weeks now (feel better Ron!). Gabe and I do a great job but we need some additional helping hands. Sometimes things get posted between our visits that need attention, so we need to bridge the gaps.
So, in all fairness, we're accepting applications for another moderator.
Please send me a private message if you would like to nominate yourself to be considered.
In that message, kindly let me know the following:

• Why do you want to be a moderator?

• Are you able to log in at all times of the day, from work, etc? If not, when do you get online?

• A brief statement of your level of knowledge of the internet and how websites work.

• Have you any experience using vbulletin (the software that powers our website)? By that I mean being a mod or admin, not just a posting member. It's easy to learn, btw.

• Where are you from and would you have any interest or time to perhaps one day run a local arm of the International Banana Society?

• And perhaps a little about yourself, such as a short autobiography, what you grow, your other interests, whatever else you would like to mention, etc.
