For some great real hydro experiences check out the many hydro Reddit forums.
You will find a lifetime of real experience that can help you make great decisions.

Use keywords hydroponic, hydro, cannabis hydroponics, banana hydroponics ....you get the idea.
Hydroponic cannabis forums have some of the best cutting-edge ideas because of the investment return.

The plants mentioned you want to grow have different mature times with the pineapple and banana at 2-3+ years and peppers at 1 year.

Most banana plants will have a large footprint for your lighting grow area.

I have observed banana plants with grow light uplighting because of height/canopy limitations. Both sides of those big leaves are used for photosynthesis so you may light from both sides.

When you get a chance check some out
Here is a sample of just one subreddit out of many.

Interesting! i might have to consider custom light fixtures or some form of custom solution because from what i understand the carolina reaper plant stems will reuse themselves next gen whereas pineapples and bannanas have a lifecycle
very interesting will do more research
