It certainly seems consistent with a Blue Java Banana.

In Puerto Rico the Blue Java Banana is the number one banana that people ask me to remove from their yards. They usually import it from the US after reading all the hype on the internet. It's an edible banana that can grow in colder climates, it's genotype is ABB just like the 'Mafafo de Puerco' aka Pig Banana. The tropical climate in Puerto Rico allows us to grow some great tasting bananas and I would recommend looking at AA, AAA, and AAB genotypes if you're collecting dessert bananas, definitely would recommend getting the 'Guineo de Pina' from the Mysore subgroup.
