Oh Man Sandy, You must have a lot of land. Thanks for the comments! Unfortunately down here in FL if you want to live anywhere near a city, land is a high price comodety and hard to find (and I mean within an hour or two drive of a major city). Here where I am there is still some land available for like $5-10K for 2-5 acres (out in the sticks of course LOL). I'm thinking about buying some land myself.

Let me ask you this if you don't mind, do you do your own seed collecting from like your tomatoes and some other plants that can cross pollinate (like squashes and sunflowers, etc...)? If so what method do you use to prevent cross pollination?
