Default Black mold on leaf?

Hey y’all
Wondering if anyone can help me diagnose these. It’s only on the basjoo bananas and only on the older leaves that have been shaded by the newer taller leaves. It’ll rub off if I wet the leaf a little and rub on it. I’m not really worried about it as they’ve done it every year I’m just curious.
