In the forums I was reading here people said to carefully scoop out the seedling and surrounding dirt with a finger. I can't leave it where it is, it's in a 4" pot with a lot of other seeds in a plastic bag, and it's already touching the top of the bag. It'll mold if I leave it there.
I just checked and realized I didn't actually record when I planted them, whoops. It was after February 7th.
