Not really sure - but the fruit looks like a skinny Hua Moa sample...
If it is firm fleshed, I would let it sit until the skin turns black - then wait an extra 2 days and slice it up width wise. If it is salmon or pinkish inside, then it is a sweet Hawaiian plantain. I would make each about 1/2" thick, fry in oil & drizzle with honey.(Maduros)
If it is not and goes mushy - I don't know, and if it stays firm then it's most likely a plantain of some kind.
