Many times when plants are indoors and under lights the grow cycle and quality of the plants health declines.
Quite possibly those two leaves just had an issue with the unfurl phase.
Don't worry when you bring the plant outdoors most of the issues will disappear by the next leaf or so.
Basjoos are a wonderful plant and should do well for you.
