You can read what I said above about Blue Java. My experience, Blue Java are pretty prolific pupping and fruiting, grow fast and tall, but they do lean. The fruit while creamy texture is too soft, sort of mushy when ripe, plus the strings stick to the fruit. However, the fruit is really good if frozen.

The Namwah is OK. I have a spot in full sun and it didn’t respond well for some reason. I moved a pup to partial shade and its happy now, tall with stout base. Slower growing / ripening than BJ but easier to maintain. The small fruit was sweet but had no acidity or depth of flavor. Sort of boring.

Once you grow and eat both, they are easier to differentiate. You know when you have a blue java, the blue hue is definitely discernable. And peeling / texture is different. We'll see how long I hang on to the Namwah.
