Also you can ignore the leaf with the holes below it. We had a caterpillar problem Thanks in advance

Your plants will do that sometimes when it has issues.
Root damage over fertilization (edges of the right leaf) or transplant shock just to name a few might cause this to happen.
New leaves are usually light green till they harden off.

The leaf will get normal color once it hardens off but will have the damage...
The plant will probably sort itself out next leaf in a month or so.

If you are at end of grow season you might want to curtail the ferts because they will be going dormant in a few months.
For me small downy woodpeckers will practice on a new vertical unrolled leaf and give me the same look as your plant.

Your plant is also an ornamental so no special fertilizer is required....an inexpensive water soluble similar to Miracle Grow/Expert from the big box will work just fine...fall sales for ferts at the big box will happen soon.....stock up.
