Thanks. In that high bed in the center, I have 6 tomato plants, 8 peppers, 6 cucumbers, 6 pumpkins and several clumps of basil, parsley and dill.
The left spud bed has 18 hills and will get a second planting of Brussel sprouts in July, while the right spud bed has 21 hills and will get a second planting of pumpkins in July. I love roasted pumpkin seeds! If you remember that huge bag of seeds I roasted last fall from 5 pumpkins I found on the side of the road, these are growing from the seeds I saved, so these are all free!
I spent all of last year through now, watching hundreds of YouTube videos to learn everything I can about gardening; from constructing the beds to making your own soil types to selecting and planting, along with companion plants to maximize the yields and repel pests naturally.
Last night, I had a dream the entire thing was infested with giant cucumber beetles the size of quarters, and hundreds of hornworms devouring the entire crop.
