Default Re: Garaged Plants first day out this spring

[quote=Njbanana24;339754]Hello all...I’m fairly new to growing bananas. I’m in zone 7a . I currently have a few musa bajoo, gold finger, dwarf Cavandish, Siam ruby, and red Abyssinian. I had them under grow lights all winter and lost a few. My question is. Is it safe to bring the trees outside with day high temps between high 50s - 65 and low temps in the mid 40s? Thank you very much[/QUOTE

What are the temps in their current situation?

I certainly wouldn't keep mine out overnight at 45 at this point, but that is just me.

If it is bright and sunny during the day and high 50's or better I would definitely consider it, especially if up against a south facing wall or some similar situation.
