Exclamation Help! My plants are stinking up my house!

I know that this a very odd question to ask. Now remember since I live in Northeastern Ohio I have to keep my plants inside my home over winter. Which normally I am okay with but unfortunately it is causing a problem I didn’t even think of!

Now the plants are fine and not dying or dead by the way. However, I think b/c of using peat moss as my soil it is causing a very bad odor in my home. It is so horrible to have my furnace or central air on and boy that stink really gets bad! My home is clean and usually stink free! Now I do have a garage but no heating in there so I am guessing I can’t move them all in there for winter. So what in the world can I do to get rid of smell? Short of throwing away the plants!

Thanks in advance....
