I would love to have a dajiao, just too bad you are in Europe and I am in the US.

I ate this fruit when visiting my girlfriend's hometown of Nanning, China last fall. The fruit was amazing and the plants did well at cold temperatures and seemed drought tolerant. This was very commonly grown there.

Have you gotten it to fruit in portugal?
