This is Musa Orinoco, in the cold season no leaves grew, and for this reason it has no leaves now. Recently I cut the last leaf that had started to dry. bananas suckers did not grow, the banana tree is 4 years old.

So what is that thing?

Pretty common for an Orinoco to choke.
For me it usually happens under stressed growing conditions or damage to the pstem from me carrying it around.

Do what the other fellas have suggested and you will be fine and the plant will sort itself out in a few weeks.
For giggles give the choke the sniff test
