Usually a newly dug plant roots are disturbed and severed and stresses the plant.
A stressed plant looks just like yours.
This is normal.
Once the roots sort themselves out you will fine.
Some forum members will trim the leaves when they plant
Some growers will cut the leaves off to facilitate growth and many times the plant will lose existing leaves because of the transplant.
