Helen's Hybrid is a hybrid, so the offspring seedlings, even if it was self-pollinated, may not look exactly like the parent. They could resemble Sikkimensis or Chini Champa more in different ways.

If the seedlings do not look like the parent, that doesn't necessarily mean they didn't come from the parent. The parent could possibly have been pollinated by another banana in the vicinity, if it was surrounded by many bananas and there happened to be another that was flowering at the same time, in which case you could have an exciting new hybrid.
Though it may be hard to figure out what the other parent is.

The pollen parent should not affect what the seeds look like, though. So hybrid seeds would not look different.
