Default Help Please...what could this be?

Hi everyone, The photos for this post are in my gallery since I don't know how to post them here

I am hoping someone can tell me what is wrong with this plant and what I can do about it.

This is my Golden Lotus Banana....Musella Lasiocarpa....it has been perfect until about 8 weeks ago

The leaves come out beautiful, smooth and the color is normal

After a few days they get "dusty" looking and start to look bad, then they get the brown dried patches on them

I only use slow release granule fertilizer in that bed, have not used it in a few weeks though...all other plants in that bed are thriving

The Nam Wah plant just 3 feet away is beautiful as ever, as are the others that are maybe 6-8 feet from this plant

Can anyone tell me what this is and what I should do?

I uploaded images to my gallery, the site says to do that. I hope they are visible.

Thank you all in advance : )
