I agree with Chong. I think your plant got too cold. I've seen my SDC do this before. I left my HCM out for the winter. It seems OK so far as our winter was even milder than usual. In fact, I have one banana with a huge bud already! I'd just cut the bad leaf that is rolled up and a new one should push out with warmer weather. Not to worry as long as the pseudostem is still OK!
