Default Seeking the best choice to start edible bananas in zone 8b (Spain)

Hello everyone!
I'm completely new in growing bananas, so I apologise for my ignorance.
I'd like to grow some edible varieties in my garden. My idea is to plant them in the sunniest place and to overwinter them wit some kind of protection.
I'm located in zone 8b - Mediterranean, but I'm not close to the sea. So there are winters very mild (some nights below 0ºC) but others are more severe (some nights below -5ºC).
I want to test one variety and how it behaves. What variety would you recommend me to start?
  • Dwarf Orinoco
  • Dwarf Namwah 'Pisang awak'
  • Da Jiao
  • Goldfinger
  • Icecream - Blue Java
Difficult to find near me:
  • Veinte Cohon
  • Manzano
  • Ladyfinger
My personal choice after reading information about all of them would be Da Jiao or Orinoco. Would you agree with me?
Thanks a lot!
