Silly question, but this is my first banana tree to fruit so does the fruit grow out of the blossom? I've seen pictures of other varieties that the fruit is much higher than the blossom, almost 2-5 feet above. Is it possible this tree can only produce 5 hands?
Will fertilizing its separated pups going forward ensure more fruit growth from them when it's time?

Any help/advice would be great and thank you in advance.
