I'm having the same issue. I can create albums and it says the upload is successful when I upload one photo at a time but the album remains empty of any pictures. I've used two different computers plus my phone. I've used Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
I've wanted to share a couple of things and participate more in the forums but this issue has been discouraging me a bit.
