Some of these short Cavendish types do weird things with their leaves and make "pseudo-flag leaves" when stressed out. Its probably a flower if the plant is healthy and of mature size and age. A picture would be nice, but you'll know soon enough if its flowering or not, theres nothing you can do either way so let us know how it goes.
