Default New Banana Fiend

Hi, ya'll!

I'm in Seattle, and around New Years picked up a 4" Dwarf Cavendish Banana that was looking pretty sad at my local nursery. Three months later, it's about two feet tall and putting up a new leaf almost weekly! Now I'm hooked and looking for advice on how to keep it and future bananas healthy and happy.

I'll be honest, I'm all about fruit. I would love to grow a Blue Java, or another dwarf variety that can be happy(ish) in a pot indoors in winter and outdoors in the spring and summer.

Thanks!
Alex
