Thanks for all of the feedback. I have some left over namwah, cardaba and dwarf brazilian if anyone is interested.

I fried up some cardaba yesterday and fully agree with the comments on the wiki page--very tasty. Also had an opportunity to finally taste the dwarf red too after multiple years of freezes, which was also very good.
