I take the plant inside. It stays in my foyer under a light through the winter. I did have another bunch of bananas (from mother plant) that didn't ever plump up. I think it's because that plant flowered in the summer and I let it stay out in the cold for too long. This year I will bring in ALL of my banana plants when the night temperatures reach the low 50's. What type of banana are you growing? How long have you had it?
