GET rid of the Waterier! It's keeping the soil constantly wet and causing your problem. Put a raise under the pot to get the drain holes above the excess water in the saucer.
A bigger pot would help too. The soil can hold more water without being soggy.
The dropbox thumbnails are hard to see. Please use a regular picture hosting service or upload to your forum storage. ... I don't/won't download from dropbox and then have to run run antivirus checks.
