Update:
Both plants are thriving after a slow, sad winter. Almost one new leaf per week now but they stay tiny! Soon I'll repot them and put them on a regular feeding schedule to try and get them to flower!
I bought them as a pair with the idea to give one as a present to a friend, but as you can see that turned out differently
Perhaps I'll give him one of the pups later.
