Seems like an invasion of privacy, so I'm not going to show you my current home. But, wow, you can go almost anywhere in the World and walk around or run using your mouse, depending on your internet speed.

In another thread, I posted stuff about historic route 66 in Cicero and Berwyn, IL. Google Street View makes that redundant:

If you mouse walk around on Cicero Ave., you will see many vacant lots that were previously occupied by stores. About 3oo ft. from my home was this drive in restaurant:

I vaguely remember that you could eat in that airplane. You can mouse walk to its address, 102 S. Cicero:

I reiterate, none of those vacant lots existed on Cicero Ave, when I lived there.

That is actually an improvement. The yard wasn't a fenced in parking lot and it was covered in grey dust and broken glass. Some children would play baseball barefoot on it. For kicks, some children would walk on the outside of the porch banisters, but, I was too afraid. This is on Homan Ave. about 2 miles north of the shooting location of Shameless:

Before 1957, my father owned the only cabins on the shore of Moss Lake in Lac Du Flambeau, WI. Vacationing there was a big contrast from my **** hole life in Chicago. Those cabins no longer exist but there is a street view of Moss Lake from a street that didn't exist back then:

But, the resolution is worse than usual.

There is something that has been bothering me more than you can imagine. I distinctly remember 3 islands, about 50 ft. across, that should be visible on the left side of the lake. Not only are such islands not visible on Google Street View, they are not visible in satellite photos or aerial photos taken in 1937. As for me mistaking Moss lake for another lake, Moss Lake is the only lake in the region with two lobes:
