Great question.
Fortunately, I have an even better answer.
My grandfather was a German soldier during WW1. I heard the stories about them washing naked in the snow. As a teen, I decided I would see if I had the same guff as he did. I did.
It's not bad. A little invigorating as all. Apparently, I inherited the same genes. I just don't feel cold the same way you do. My body temp is 96.8 and the summer kills me. It's all in the genes.
