Seems more like a ‘Dwarf Brazilian’ or ‘Raja Puri’ at this point, not a Cavendish. Definitely leave the male bud, it will be critical for ID. Also, if all the dead flowers and bracts are staying on looking ratty and you feel compelled to clean it up, dont, at least for now, as the manner in which that mess may manifest is an important trait. The friits are too young to judge size, give them some time to grow. Cavendish fruit sizes vary greatly depending on cultivar and conditions/management, even it were Cavendish, it takes
some extra effort to get anything close to the grocery store giants.
