I was hoping for that result (C) but, right now, my best guess is (A) no effect, because the speed of leaf roll emergence does not seem to be decreasing nor have the leaves turned darker green. On plants that are shortened by uniconazole, the leaves, including old leaves, usually turn darker green within one week of application.

Correction, my bars are 48" x 3" x 1/8." I have some older bars that are 2.5." You can see some of them here:
