Default Blooming in cold weather

I live in WA state and it is starting to get cold at night. I grow bananas in pots and put them in the garage over the winter month. Right now they are under our covered porch and I noticed this morning that one of them is starting to bloom. Should I bring it in the house where it is warmer or put it in the unheated garage with the other bananas? What happens to the bloom when the temperatures are too cold?
